Gradus Team Australia holds the Australian licence for the Gradus measurement system — the same standardised test battery used internationally by clubs, academies and federations. Our job is to make objective athletic data available to every junior footballer in Australia, not just those inside elite programmes.

Selection in junior sport still leans heavily on opinion. Gradus changes the conversation by measuring what can actually be measured: acceleration, agility, explosive power, ball control and endurance. Results are captured with the same protocols and equipment at every event, then age and gender adjusted so athletes can be compared fairly.

Athletes see exactly where they stand and what to work on. Coaches get reliable benchmarks instead of guesswork. Clubs get a repeatable development programme and a place on the national leaderboard.

We work with clubs, academies and associations in every state and territory, and support licensed operators delivering testing days locally, including across New Zealand.
